What happens to my existing support staff?
Existing support staff is either re-trained for production or released. This is an opportunity to assess existing personnel and we encourage customers to retain the high performers.
What hardware or software do I need to purchase?
Nothing more than a computer, internet access, and a high speed / high volume scanner.
What does my business look like after TAG conversion?
Your company becomes predominantly or in some cases, exclusively production oriented. Transactional financial and project related data is processed efficiently and accurately. The company maximizes its opportunity to seek out and complete projects with greater profitability. The business becomes more appealing to industry participants : owners, general contractors, architects, material suppliers and project managers.
What if I find it necessary for my company to abandon the outsourced solution?
Although unfortunate, we do recognize that some customers will leave TAG. Upon notice of termination of services, we will take the next 30 days to work with customers to transition into legacy or newly acquired systems and ensure the process is as smooth as possible.
What about backup and security of my financial information?
TAG provides both on-site and off-site redundant backups by two separate providers, one primary, the other secondary. Customers gain secure access to their data using industry standard SSL encryption over the internet.
Who will be my TAG Account Rep?
You will be assigned a primary Account Rep and support team once contracts are signed and before the conversion process begins. You will always have one of three Account Reps familiar with your business readily available during operating hours.
How much will I save with TAG?
The amount of savings will depend upon a prospect's current support environment. As TAG becomes familiar with your operations, quantifiable savings will be readily available.
