How is my company data secure?

The TAG customer system is accessed securely over the internet, eliminating the need to install and run the application on the customer's own computers and simplifying maintenance and support. TAG utilizes industry-standard SSL encryption over the Internet, to ensure security of client data for each transaction. Financial transactions between the TAG clearinghouse and partner financial institutions are encrypted secured using industry standard security protocols. Customer data is password protected and segregated. This gives each customer a unique portal to access data.

How does TAG protect data?

TAG utilizes Venyu data backup to protect your data. Data is stored securely in redundant geographic data centers across the country. This provides data protection in the event of regional disasters. Data service can be restored within 12-24 hours in the event of a site disaster. Data service can be restored within 24-48 hours of a regional disaster recovery site location in the country, if needed. This is done by activating a hot site for the entire TAG system. Although the probability of either of these disasters are extremely low, TAG wants to ensure the safety of your data in any circumstance.

Where is your data being stored?

TAG houses on site backups and well as offsite backups. Your data is also backed up to Venyu facilities.
